  1. Entries can be submitted only through logging onto www.lh.natgeogenius.com, and answering the respective questions.
  2. All participants must be resident Indian nationals over the age of 18 years only.
  3. Participants and winners will be expected to provide the Company with such proof of identity, as the Company, in its sole discretion, may require.
  4. No subscription to National Geographic or other purchase or payment of any fee is required for participating.
  5. The winners will be selected by the Company based on maximum score; it the scores are tied then the company will use lottery/lucky to shortlist the winners.
  6. The grand prize for the winning individual is a return economy ticket to a National Geographic Expedition. Accommodation cost will be borne by National Geographic Channel. Visa and Insurance to be arranged and paid by the winner. The accommodation shall be of a decent and reasonable quality and reputation, as per the choice of NGC, without any further or specific representations being made as to their quality.
  7. All other winners will get merchandise from National Geographic Channel
    1. Daily Winners: 120
    2. Weekly Winners: 16
    3. Monthly Winners: 4
    4. Grand prize winner: 1
  8. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, encashed or redeemed by the winner in any manner or under any circumstances whatsoever and the winner must accept the Prize as is.
  9. If a participant is chosen as a prize winner; he/she will not be eligible for the similar prize through out the duration of the game which means if a participant is a daily prize winner he will not be qualified to win another daily prize but he can qualify to win  the weekly prizes, , monthly or the grand Prize depending on his score
  10. The winner will be liable for any taxes or surcharges that may be levied on the Prize and for any expenses not specified in the description of the prize herein. The winner will only be eligible to claim the prize once he/she produces to the Company the physical proof of having deposited the applicable TDS evidenced through an original challan /certificate on the value of the prize. Non-compliance with this provision will disqualify the winner from any claims whatsoever for the prize or otherwise.
  11. By entering the quiz, each of the participants agree to the use, by the Company and its partners Lufthansa, in any manner, for any purpose, at any time and in any medium, their name and/or likeness, without compensation.
  12. The winner and/or the Guest of the quiz agrees that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and co-operate with the Company and participate in any activity and/or campaign (“Promotional Activity”) of any nature whatsoever, without any compensation. Further, the winner or the Guest shall at no point of time refuse or disagree to participate in any such Promotional Activity for any reason whatsoever. The winner agrees that the footage of any nature with regard to the winner and/or the Guest shall vest with the Company, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.
  13. Disputes if any will be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi and in accordance with Indian law.
